Target Beneficiaries

  • A. College Scholarship Program
    The beneficiaries of this program are qualified senior high school graduates with a general weighted average not lower than 85% and belongs from indigent families as vouched by their respective municipalities.
  • B. Policy
    We believe in the youth’s vital role and contribution to our society. Thus, we are committed to support the underserved youth nationwide to have a brighter future through the provision of college scholarship grants and values formation training.
  • C. Qualifications
    • Must be a graduate from any Senior High School.
    • Must have a minimum senior high school average grade not lower than 85% as supported with a photocopy of the senior high school report card (Form 138).
    • Must be a Filipino citizen and of good moral character certified by the Senior High School Principal or a recognized authority in the school.
    • Must take up any baccalaureate course in any state universities and/or public colleges.
    • Must be from indigent families as assessed by the DSWD/MSWD/CSWD.
    • Must not concurrently a recipient of any major scholarship or financial aid (e.g. pre-need educational plans, DOST, CHED or other academic-related scholarship, etc.) as attested to in a duly-notarized affidavit.
      Note: Only one scholar per family will be granted by the Foundation.
  • D. Maintenance of Scholarship
    • Must maintain a general weighted average (GWA) of 85% or its equivalent every term. No failing grade, no incomplete, and must not have dropped any subject. However, the following remedial cases are allowed for only one semester, when a student has GWA lower than 85% but without failing grades.
    • Must not cancel enrollment for the period under scholarship or must not skip any year within the four (4) consecutive years of scholarship.
    • Must always take the full load per semester or a regular student.
    • Must not be subject to any disciplinary action in school or community.
    • Must not shift to any college program/course.
    • Must not transfer from state university to private school.
    • Must not accept any kind of employment while on scholarship so as to devote full time to studies.
  • E. Requirements
      The applicant must submit the following:
    • Application Form w/ 2x2 Picture and Contact Number
    • Personal Letter of Intent
    • State University Entrance Exam Result
    • Form 138 (Grade 12 Report Card)
    • Good moral Certificate from Senior High School
    • Case Study Report from Municipality Social Worker (DSWD/CSWD/MSWD Office)
    • ITR- Income Tax Return (Form 2316) or Certificate of Non Income form BIR Office
  • F. Scholarship Grant
    The Scholarship Grant includes monthly allowance, other fees, and formations/trainings.
